Hello, I'm really confused right now, because when i plug my GPU into PCI-E1 slot, nvidia drivers starts reinstalling itself after every reboot. But when I plug my GPU into PCI-E4 slot, everything works good, but as I know that slot is slower than the first one, so maybe I can tweak some settings in the bios, or maybe someone had a same issue?
My GPU: EVGA 1070 ti, CPU: Ryzen 5 3600, Mobo: Tomahawk max.

why would you want to put your GPU in a x1 or x4 slot?? You would be neutering the card and its performance... Needs to be in x8 at least for it to perform properly.

he means slot PCI_E1 (It's a 16x slot, just is called PCIE-1 because it's first), at least I assume that's what he is talking about.image.png.1cdb17f1b188be90d928f31cf2e6fc92.png

why no dark mode?

as for your issue, try DDUing the drivers, rebooting without any gpu driver and installing it again. Otherwise there really isn't much of a performance loss at all on a 1070Ti @ 4x3.0

I already did it - same. And the other slot is 4x 2.0 that's why I'm concerned.
