I recently purchased a custom made pc from scorptech the specs are:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600

MSI B450-A PRO Motherboard

EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER Black Edition Gaming, 8GB

G.Skill Ripjaws V F4-3200C16D-16GVKB 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz DDR4

Western Digital WD Blue 3D NAND 500GB M.2 (SATA) SSD

Toshiba P300 2TB 3.5in HDD, HDWD120UZSVA

Cougar MX330 Black ATX Case, Side Window, No PSU

be quiet! Pure Power 11 500W CM Power Supply

When I play modded ark my pc gpu and cpu reach high temps of 80 degrees. I use evga precision x1 gpu software to control the fans and put them to max and I also use msi command centre to max my cpu fan and case fan. I am unsure if my powersupply fan automatically runs at what speed it is suppose to for the temperature or i have to set that if so i have no clue. Is there anything that could be fixed without having to buy anything. Also my cpu and gpu have default settings and i have not changed anything except for the fan speeds.

80C isnt that bad but i get your concern. What case do you have? if you take off the front panel you can sometimes see some very large temperature drops

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Spoiler

That should be fine. Probably only going to get hotter going in to summer.
You're using the stock AMD Wraith Stealth cooler? Only ways of improving temps without replacing the CPU cooler would be to keep the room cool and increase fan speed.

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

yes i am using the stock and i have increased all the fan speed to max with both the gpu fans reaching 3500 rpm and the stock reaches about 2200 rpm and the case fan reaches 850 rpm

also would the power supply fan just change its rpm to best suit the current temperature?

The PSU fan runs at whatever speed it needs to to not overheat

cougar mx 330 it is second from the bottom in the list

my bad, missed it. That case looks to have decent enough airflow so taking of the frontpanel probably wont do much. Dont have much advice for you beyond that 80C isnt much of a worry temp wise

If the top of your case is warm to the touch when gaming, you need more airflow in the case.

Get two 120mm fans and install them in the front panel fan locations.

Something like these would probably be fine...

Would this make a major difference and yes the top of the case is sometimes hot

That's pretty low.

How many fans are in the case and what kind of fans are they?

Moved to Air Cooling.

It would likely help then.  There are cheaper options as well, the ones I linked only need one fan header for both fans though.  If you have a few free headers, or dont mind sourcing a splitter, you can get something like this...

OP probably only has the stock fan config for the case.  1x 120mm exhaust.

that is the only case fan and it comes with the case, the only other fans are with the cpu and gpus

Your temps are a bit high but not dangerous.

If you want better cooling, you can try raising the fan speed of the rear fan and adding some front intake fans.

If you would like some suggestions, please tell us your budget.

The psu fan doesn't require any manual control.
