Windows 10 Widgets???

I saw this photo on pcpartpicker:

How can I get those "widgets" that go to the C & D drive on my desktop??

I'm pretty certain that's Rainmeter, or a similar program. You basically pick what you want to enable/disable and you can download and add skins making it pretty customizable. Not sure where those exact ones are from though.
