When you say update what are you doing exactly? A little Googling says Code 10 is commonly caused by an outdated driver.

 

Did you:

  1. Fully uninstall the audio driver?
  2. Download the latest from the manufacturers website?
  3. Reinstall it?

I did. Its still n working. Im using realtek, do you know by chance the link?

The link would come from the laptop manufacturer's website.

 

So you did a Windows factory reset? It sounds as if you may have ended up deleting something that was on it when it came from the factory that it needed for audio function (usually a driver). Do you have the original driver CD that probably came with it?

Pc didnt come with laptop
