And will it run as dual channel ??

Yes, if you put them on the corrent DIMMs to enable dual channel they should.

Both will run at 2400mhz at most though unless you try to manually adjust frequency/timings by OC'ing.

Just realized you're using H310 chipset so you're limited to 2133mhz regardless what memory you use, but still affirmative on dual channel.

I have H310_ME motherboard which supports 2666 MHz of dual channel memories. So I already have 8GB 2400MHz single stick of Gskill. And now I found descent offer on Amazon in which I can have 3000 MHz Stick on the price of 2400 MHz. So can I pair 3000 MHz  with 2400 MH ??? And will it run as dual channel ??

Yes, it will just run at the lower speed.
