PSU maintenance (2015 EVGA supernova 750 B 80+)

Hey,

 

I am looking at building a new desktop with a budget of roughly £1250.

In my current system is the above psu, and i see it is tier b.

Should i keep it, and do some maintenance (not sure if there is anything), or just buy a new higher tier one for £80?

If wanting to use full budget and have upgradability down the line in terms of CPU and newer future gen 4 pcie devices
