It's worth it, the cooler is much thicker and cooling performance is better. Might lose a few MHz because founders editions bought from Nvidia seems to be better binned, but imo better cooling solution is always preferred over MHz advantages that dont show in actual smolthness

im looking to get a 2080 super but dont know if the extra $60 for a EVGA - SUPER XC ULTRA GAMING NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super is worth it or should i just get a 2080 Super FE that costs $60 less??? help please.

Personally I'd go for the EVGA.

The cooler is better, you can get better overclocks and EVGA has the better RMA and warranty service.

It's the exact same graphics processor.

 

Like @Jurrunio said, Nvidia may be better binned. but you probably won't notice a difference. Cooling is more important
