AMD 3700G or better?

Why doesn't AMD release more powerful APUs? If they doubled the Vega cores and added 2 or 4 CPU cores it would be an amazing APU! Is there any exact reason why they haven't done it yet?

Maybe because of memory bottleneck, adding CUs increase cost more than it increases performance. Not everyone runs 3600MHz memory.

marketing.  imagine 200$ 6 CORE with performance of 1050. its better when people just buy 2600 with 570 tbh. and if there something called 3700G with stronger apu exist. then people would stop buying 3300g 2600 2400g and all weaker Cpu

APU's are typically in the budget range of hardware for those who are looking to build a full computer without having to spend extra on a dedicated GPU. Adding 2 to 4 more cores and more graphics cores to make a beefier APU would drastically bring up the price and take it out of non-budget territory(what they are made for). Most people that get the 3600 or better Ryzen processor are going to be getting a pretty decent dedicated GPU because a majority of those systems are high end gaming or workstation systems, Integrated graphics at least at this point in time wouldn't be able to keep up with the higher end Ryzen CPUs let alone put up a fight against even the lower end modern(GPUs that have come out in the last 3 years) dedicated GPUs, so having a "3700G" makes no sense, most of the high end Ryzen Processors that you would want to have APU variants are going to have workloads where an APU is lackluster and a dedicated GPU is king. If this was a thing the G variants of the high end Ryzen processors would have to be sold for more than the standard processors with out graphics, and as I said before most users that buy the higher end Ryzen CPUs are going to be buying a dedicated GPU as well so most consumers wont see the justification of buying a more expensive version of a CPU just because it has integrated graphics if they are already getting a dedicated GPU, now don't get me wrong there is a potentially small market for something like that(people who want a good processor and want to add a dedicated GPU later when they have more money) but I can tell you it's not a big enough one for AMD to waste time and resources on when they already have a great line up. It's an alright idea but it's not feasible for AMD or the consumer.

Does the APU use one fully functional CCX and a GPU CU, or two half broken CCXs and a GPU CU?
