A friend's first pc gaming

Hi guys, a friend has asked me about a gaming pc and this is what I have thought according to his budget but I think there are things that can be improved or adjusted more.

If it is necessary to change it completely there is no problem.

1. Budget & Location

We are from Spain and he has 1000€

2. Aim

The pc will be used to play, mainly games / driving simulators and lol

3. Monitors

Right now he is thinking about a monitor but with the option to upgrade it in the future

4. Peripherals

He needs a keyboard and a monitor

5. Why are you upgrading?

He has a 2012 mac and he would like to start playing like normal people.
