9900K and 3600mhz RAM?

I've been seeing competitive rates on 3600mhz ram lately compared to 3200mhz. Would a good Z390 board run XMP 3600 on a 9900K, or do I have an option to run XMP 3200 settings? Would dedicated 3200 memory be more stable? Curious if it matters at all. Thanks.

the XMP will probably work, but the performance boost isn't there for intel.  The difference between the 3600 and 3200 is a few frames, if anything in games.  The boost in Ryzen has to do with the infinity fabric, which intel doesn't use.

Yes 3200 will be more stable.
