Trustworthy website?

hey you never know as i was able to find a i5 8400 at my local ejunkyard,and the owner sells all computer parts for 5$ no matter how new or old(Had a fried mobo but the cpu itself worked)

If it were available for that amount, why would any of the retail stores be paying multitudes more to purchase their stock?
