Recover data from an disabled iphone

Hey everyone! My old iPhone i dont use anymore got disabled. I wanted to recover photos from it. I have never connected the phone to itunes although i have access to the appleid i used to login to that phone. I was wondering if i can add a trusted device so i could use mac to recover photos. I have a macos, windows 10, and linux/ubuntu to use so hmu with ideas! Thanks! :)
