Need a cheap used GPU to pair with an i5 2400.

Budget is $100

If you mean $100 USD, you can find some used RX 580s If you look carefully.

Don't use USD if that's not the currency your country uses. It doesn't matter what they sell for in the US if you can't purchase from there.

1060 3GB maybe? That site btw is a complete mess with outrageous prices on old stuff like the GT710, GT730, and plenty of fakes like the 1050ti with oddball cooler and VGA output.

That looks good. But it's says ex mining on the description. Worry there might be artifacts

If your currency translates to $100 usd you should be able to get a good card if the market there isn’t terrible.
