So I purchased some components last year and just never got around to finishing the loop. I finally have set aside some funds to go ahead and finish it. I have two TT RL360 rads which are aluminum. I really don't want to have to purchase new rads. My question is, how can I combat corrosion? Will I need a copper or nickel cpu block?

You should really get aluminum bits to go with the rads (ek sells some) or if you're really set on mixing metals you can give this a good read through https://www.overclockers.com/pc-water-coolant-chemistry-part-ii/

Only way to combat corrosion is to buy aluminum blocks... otherwise you will need to buy copper radiators. Mixing metals is very bad and will only end up in a bad situation.

Do you know any aluminum blocks off hand? The only thing I'm finding is copper base with aluminum cover.

Ekwb's fluid gaming line are all aluminum components:

All AIO's (basically) are mixed metals.  Vehicle engines are mixed metal loops.

Ive built two, in my sig.

Building a third as parts arrive over the next month.  Science has beaten mixing metals.  Don't let the metals touch (I.E. no copper fittings on aluminum radiator) and use a corrosion inhibitor, I personally use Prestone 50/50 radiator fluid with Cor-Guard.  Its a natural biocide as well (nothing grows in antifreeze).
