i am interested in practising stuff like running circuits so on all different electronic stuff

Getting a kit that has you build basic circuits is a great way to introduce yourself into it, but to learn it you need to understand what the parts are doing to be able to go from following directions to designing your own circuits. I can only follow directions and make very basic circuits with a bit of hand holding from Google search results.

I did something like that with Arduino, it was an autonomous car project that I helped my sis with.
