MSI MEG ACE x570 Issues

I just built a new system with a 3900x with the MSI MEG ACE x570 board. I am having a few small issues.

The first, is that I keep getting a debug code "OC", what does this mean?

Secondly, MSI Dragon Center doesnt appear to be working correctly, as the my device/system tabs are completely blank. I was wondering if there are any known issues with this software. Thanks!
