Hi!

 

Is it true that the GTX 1080Ti is better than the RTX 2070 Super Asus Dual?

 

In terms of playing at ultra 1440p.

Without RTX stuff, yes. 1080ti is matched by the 2080 in that regard.

Better is subjective. 1080TI is roughly 10% faster than the 2070 Super for more than double the price. At 1440p you might get roughly 5 more fps than a 2070 Super. Not sure I'd call that "better".
