Help for my friend

My friend is gonna make a new gaming PC but has a large budget i was in charge of designing said PC but I'm used to low budgets and his budget is 1500-1800. Aesthetics matter so a bit of RGB please.

i cant find a good case so just use one with tempered glass side pannel(s)
