What are these Interconnects between resistors? Should i be afraid while cleaning the chip?

You don't want to knock any off but under most circumstances the thermal paste being used is non-conductive (in the event that you apply some that is you'll have to be more careful.)

 

If what you see bothers you you can clean it off carefully with q-tips and alcohol but it shouldn't hurt anything.

you're best to just keep off to avoid damage, but if you insist you can use the usual isopropyl alcohol, and a (very gentle!!) q-tip to wipe it clean.
