You should be able to go up to a intel core 2 quad Q9650 cpu on that board as long as the bios is up to date.

Here is a Q9550 used for around $30 shipped cpu only and is 2.83ghz https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00OVALJ0U

The Q9650 is a bit too expensive around $50 shipped cpu only and is 3ghz https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B001D86S3G

I found the e5200 and its $10ish and 3.3ghz will that work?

It’s a dual core vs quad core. Don’t buy the dual core

I want to play just cause 3 so it need at least 3.2ghz

It also needs at least 4 cores, JC3 on a dual core would be an absolute nightmare. You're much better off with a quad core at a bit slower speed than a dual core.

Don’t listen to me then and get the dual core. Make sure you post back what your frame rate is after you get it. I’d love to know

Higher end Core 2 Quads are the best in socket for your platform. You're probably better off saving up and jumping platforms, even a basic i5 2400 or similar should be a massive improvement over an Core 2 series CPU, they're pretty ancient and JC3 is hard on CPUs IIRC, as is modded Minecraft, though it's usually easier to run.

I am 15 and cant get a job...im trying to find a cpu that is compatible with my mobo but can play my games....its a lga 775 so.....as long as its cheap and will work with my mobo i would rather a quad core

There's the Q9550 the other guy mentioned, lemme see if there's anything higher that's still cheap (top end CPUs for any overclocking platform usually hold value better than you'd expect them to given the age).

Apparently it supports Extreme Edition CPUs too, meaning you could get a QX9770 or QX9775, both 3.2Ghz quad cores. People want a cool $150-300 for those though so.... yeah. Around 2.8GHz on a quad core looks like the best you can get for any reasonable price. Maybe a 3Ghz Q9650, those are around $30 though which is eh for how little performance they offer (on X58 that gets you a 6c/12t 3.06Ghz X5675 with a turbo up to 3.46Ghz).

Is there no way to get it used for cheaper?

Those are the used ones, like I said earlier the best-in-socket OCable chips usually stay really expensive.
