Hey everyone Ive had this problem now for a while and decided to ask you guys about it. I have a Corsair strafe RGB keyboard and ive had it for 2 years, sometimes when I boot up my pc my caps light key doesnt work num lock or scroll lock too. I restart my PC, it works but sometimes it also does not. I really need your help to fix this issue I don't think It was always like this. When I upgraded from a 6700k to a 9700k and swapped my mobo, I hoped that would fix it it did not. I really need you help on this one. Thanks!

Turn off the computer

.1rts: You can try  to remove the problematic keys then put some drops of isopropyl alcohol and click fast, do that 3~4 times.

Let it dry like for 30 minutes.

If the problem is not solved (It wont make it worst trust me).

:2nd you do the same think with a special spray for electronic stuff

But even though the light is off for caps lock windows still recognizes it as caps lock is on so it works but the light does not indicate that it is on

well you can either plug your keyboard into 10 different computers with the lights still not working

or i can just tell you your keyboard is broken

Try opening iCUE, going into settings, select the Strafe RGB Keyboard, then force firmware update it.  If this still doesn't resolve the issue, you can also submit a support ticket and request a hard firmware reset.  Our Technical Support team will provide you the necessary files through ticket portal.
