Best Cooler for 3700x

I'm about to buy myself a Ryzen 3700x, and I'm looking for a cooler that works best with this CPU. I'm going to be mostly gaming and doing some CAD on the side. Looking for something quiet and maybe some RGB thrown in there. My budget is $180.

If you're not going to overclock it, there is no reason to buy an aftermarket cooler. Stock cooler that comes with it will do the job just fine, and it also got some decent RGB.

I've never overclocked my PC as of yet, but I plan to once I learn how to.

Get Dark Rock Pro 4. Extremely quite and very powerful.
