Finally About to Build a PC

So, I'm finally about to build a PC, but I would like to have people look at it first. I've been trying to keep it around $1000, so I went with AMD and an rtx 2060. I was wondering if I should start with the Ryzen 5 2600, and possibly upgrade to a 3600 later, or just purchase the 3600. However, if I were to purchase the 3600 first I would also have to buy an x570 board, but if I were to upgrade from the 2600 I could update the BIOS. Just wondering what your guys thoughts on that are. Also looking for suggestions for better parts, etc. Here's my list;
