It sags and wobbles because the card is only supported by the PCI-E bracket slots on the rear of the case, and isnt screwed down to the PSU shroud like on Fractal Design cases for example (I'm not ssayin gFD is better than corsair, jsut why those symptoms are occuring)

 

Is it bad? Probably not. The worst you'll do is slightly bend your PCI-E brackets or I/O shield on the GPU, but as long as you're not there shaking it it's gonna constantly wobble. You could always put something on the far end of the GPU to reduce or eliminate sag.
