New PC Gaming+College Work

Hi, I am from UK and would like to know if there are any improvements or better options I can make in this build, my budget is around £1,600-£1,700 but I'd like to stick around £1,650 since shipping and packing can be kinda expensive. I also own my current pc which I will want to sell it so I can add the rest of the money into this build if needed.
In this budget I also need a Monitor, I do have an option but if there is something better please let me know. I do not need any other Peripherals since I already own some.
I plan on game mostly(Games: Rainbow Six Seige, GTA 5, For Honor, Rust and such) but I will need this pc to do some college work such as Photoshop, blender and video recording. (computer science student).

If you need 8 cores. just know that gaming is no difference between 3600/3700

You should get 3600/3800 speed RAM for optimal performance with 3rd gen Ryzen

near your price points....I would want to get an IPS 144Hz 1440p Monitor to get the best from it.

later on maybe add a cooler like the Scythe Shuriken or Mugen or a Noctua Dh14/15

your storage is okay, though I would def get the 4tb instead of the 3

The Silverstone RL06 has maxed air performance. though I love and have recommended Fractal Design Meshify C

Idk your sound situation but..

headphones like https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00ENMK1DW    <100$  (https://www.reddit.com/r/Zeos/comments/97mi5s/zguides_headphones/)

and an external DAC/AMP

Syba Sonic 42$

Sabaj D3 110$

Topping NX4 $160

Topping DX Pro 220$

You simply don't need more than 550w for a rig with a single graphics card. Not much of a performance bump from 3000mhz to 3200mhz.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

cool. at that price point a headset(or mid-high tier speakers) is a definite to get a fuller experience from that computer.

I would recommend 3600 RAM for its easy xmp profile and ratio with infinity fabric

Unless you are adding an insane amount of drives or peripherals or a second GPU to the computer...then 550w will be perfectly fine. Though a i9 9900k with a 2080Ti will potentially push past that.......I mean...I have a 700w, but my cpu alone also take 220w...that is not the norm however.

at that price point i would also grab, at least, the 40$ syba sonic external DAC/AMP....while some people cannot tell the difference between audio qualities...(just like some can't taste the difference between steak and mcdonalds)

it is certainly something I recommend on budgets above 1100$

Good luck with the build and hope the list was helpful.
