Welcome to the forums!

What kind of software is it? It's not uncommon for computers to not come with a CD reader nowadays, since CDs are less and less used.

If the CD has drivers in it, you can connect to the internet and download them. This is actually preferred since the drivers on the CD might be outdated.

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

Computer having a hard time powering on? Troubleshoot it with this guide. (Currently looking for suggestions to update it into the context of <current year> and make it its own thread)

How do i download them from the internet?

Since this is a prebuilt, go to the brand's webpage and look for "support", "downloads" or "drivers".

If you tell us what model is the computer you got, we can give you the direct link :)

So download all of those, all of those would be on the CD?

Yup. You might even get more than what's on the CD.

AsRock is made by AsRock ... it's a brand/company.

You may have a video card made by MSI or Asus or another part is made by those companies.

There's also a software MSI Afterburner used for overclocking video cards.

Alternatively just go to a pc with a DVD drive, insert the disc in drive and then copy the contents onto a usb stick.

Ok, im confused Is ASrock made by ASUS or MSI, one program says MSI, the other Says ASUS, Which one is it?

Asrock used to be Asus, it was originally just a brand Asus used for its Motherboards. Today it is owned by a company called pegatron, which is owned by Asus, so its still Asus.

Lets take a step back, shall we. This is prebuild PC with Win10 installed? Or did it come without OS? I ask because Win10 will install most of the needed drivers along with upgrades. It also has some basic drivers, like for wired internet for example. So CD that comes with PC is very rarely actually needed.

If its prebuild from major brand (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus), they will have support page for that prebuild with drivers listed. If its from smaller boutique builder, then you might need to go to individual hardware manufacturers site to get drivers. However, the point of prebuilds is that they come with all installs made. If this wasn't part of your package deal, then we will continue to provide help. If it was, contact the builder and ask them about what you need to do. You are paying for service when you buy prebuild.
