No input coming to monitor

I recently shut down my computer and when I tried to turn it back on, the monitor said no input. The hdmi cable isn’t the problem because I tried a different one. The graphics card isn’t the problem because I plugged it into the hdmi port on my motherboard also. I don’t know what the problem is. Also sometimes I can get it on but it will bring to that troubleshoot page where you can do stuff reset your pc and do safe mode etc. Please send help. Thanks.

Assuming you aren't running an APU (Intel or AMD), your panel is failing!

The thing is I am! I have a Ryzen 3 2200g!

Pull the graphics card and see what the on board ports do without a dGPU.

I’ve alreayd tried that also. I took out the gpu and I would get signal but it would bring me to that troubleshoot screen
