I can say that i had a small improvement in FPS but an overall smoother gaming and streaming at the same time experience while playing Apex Legends. 
And yea, we should thank AMD for putting pressure on Nvidia and Intel! :D

I turned it on today, and well, it's completely subjective but my rounds in apex legends today were far better then normal. Even smoother gameplay then i was used before. 
Maybe the enemies were dumb today but i felt aiming was faster and more direct. 
Maybe just imagination , maybe true improvement. 
Definitly there was no bad site so far turning it on in general.
