Thanks, is there a way for my system to recognise the things I'm searching for that would be on my HDD? It's annoying that I have to keep manually finding everything

unfortunately it's on an app to app basis, windows doesn't automatically reallocate the directories.

Hi, I have an HDD which I have used for a few years now and was previously paired with another SSD. I have built a new system with a new, different SSD. Is there anything that needs to be done in order for them to work well off the bat or is everything fine using them both straight away?

TIA :)

The ideal scenario is that you install Windows with only your boot SSD plugged into the system, that way there won't be any boot sectors in other drives. After that there's no problem putting your old drives in and reformatting them.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

I did install Windows with only the boot SSD plugged in. Is it necessary that I reformat my HDD? I'm assuming it is because whenever I search for something in the bottom left, if it is on my HDD it never shows up and I have to manually find it.

You should be good to go. You don't need to reformat the HDD, it's just if you need cleanup

Thanks, is there a way for my system to recognise the things I'm searching for that would be on my HDD? It's annoying that I have to keep manually finding everything
