I am not overly familiar with the site, is it similar to GPUboss or are it’s benchmarks all out of wack as well?

I dont know if ranking in GPU database should be trusted, but those in benchmarks of individual reviews of graphics cards are genuine.

I shall use it as a baseline comparison for now then. Currently searching through eBay by cheapest GPU first, attempting to get something gt 630 ish for less or gt 630 price at more performance

I'm pretty sure it's just a database of specs, not of performance.

 

If you want one of performance, I suggest a benchmark site that has both a tool you can run and a "leaderboard" of sorts like 3DMark, Passmark, or Unigine. Though note that user-submitted benchmarks will show scores that may be atypical, so you'll have to scrutinize further regarding the rest of the system specs and if the GPU was heavily overclocked or not.

Upon closer inspection I did notice the comparative results were *estimated*
