yes, but turn off for a while after powering on the board

If you have both power supply bays filled, You should be able to remove one and it should still power on. (That should help eliminate if one is shorting the whole system). If you only have 1 power supply,  you could try moving to the other bay.

well... something i tried with all 3... didn't work
