Which one should i get to add additional fans to my case? I am new to this so I am a bit confuse

Well it depends on the power connectors of the fans ofcourse.

Most are either 3 or 4 pins, however some fans(mainly RGB fans) use proprietary connectors that have to have a fan hub or control hub for them to work and only work with that specific fans brand of hub.

If you want the fans to spin at the same speed and they're the same type of fan, use a splitter.

Splitter or powered hub (if you have PWM fans). There's no reason to use molex in 2019. And you would probably need to have adapter from SATA to molex if you have newer PSU.
