I need help with my Hackintosh project

Hey guys! 

I've been trying to create a MacOS Mojave installer USB for my pc. For some reason, I can’t seem to boot it though. I've included below what the file directory looks like on the USB. Let me know if it looks good, or if I’m missing something there. Any other ideas on what may be going wrong would be appreciated!

edit: unlike yesterday's post- this Mac is not running Catalina. It’s running High Sierra if that helps.
another edit: now I’ve tried again to boot with the usb, but I’m not getting any display. The computer fires up with fans running, and the power button lighting up but now I can’t even see the BIOS or anything. Please help!
