MWE Gold is decent

Corsair CX550M is okay, but more of a budget end unit. Would be an option if it was cheaper than the other units, but if it's the same price I'd grab the MWE Gold instead.
The EVGA GD from what I've seen is okay, nothing sticks out as offensive about it at face value, but it's mainly available in Asian markets and as far as I'm aware there haven't been any proper reviews/tests of the unit, so it's hard to say.

All worse than the previous mentioned options.

From those options if prices were similar I would probably choose the Cooler Master MWE Gold.

In my country these 3 PSU cost about the same, the MWE gold 550 and the EVGA 550 GD are in tier A but i also see a lot of people recommend the CX550M so idk how to choose.

And these are in same price range but idk if is good.

people often recommend the CXM because it's cheaper than those other two units, but in the case of your particular market, the CXM is overpriced compared to the alternatives.

EVGA has solid warranty service, the GD would be my pick but the MWE also does the job well.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

My personal pick with be the MWE Gold.

I don't know too much about EVGA GD and there's no reviews of it. Since it's EVGA, I'd stay away unless a review says it's good.
