No stereo mix in recording devices

Hey everyone, I own an old dell optiplex 755 and I was stuffing around to get two audio outputs at once and was unable to due to me lacking a stereo mix in my sounds app, attached is a screenshot, I have tried installing several realtek drivers to no avail. This is an old PC and I really don't feel like buying a sound card so please help.

The phrase is "to no avail".  

 

As far as I know, there's no way to route one thing to two outputs within windows alone.

There's been a miss understanding, That's what I'm trying to do but the I am unable to do it because my stereo mix is not present
