Posted August 10, 2019 I have a mix of SSD and HDD on my computer. SSD to SSD transfers occur at 260 MB/s, and HDD involved transfers run at about 120 MB/s. This seems well short of the rated transfer rates. File sizes are large, at 30 mb for DSLR photos. What would the limiting factor be for my transfer rates? SSDs are WD Blue, HDDs are WD Black. Thanks!

Then yeah that's expected behavior, when the SSD runs out of DRAM cache it will show the actual speed of the NAND flashhttps://ssd.userbenchmark.com/Compare/WD-Blue-500GB-vs-Samsung-850-Evo-250GB/m192687vs2977 Look at the SusWrite Quote or Tag people so they know that you've replied.
