is nier automata worth it?

Mike171
Go to solution Solved by mariushm,

If you're into the genre, then yes absolutely worth it.

Note that you basically have to play the game twice from start to finish to actually finish the game... and has some quirks which make it really interesting game

quick question: planning to buy nier automata on steam, is it worth it. thanks in advance.

thanks

I am actually new to modern pc gaming.

Only bought 1 pc game in the recent two years if my memory serves me right.

Not sure about the genre of nier automata but the trailer and sound track looks great.

the graphics is also way superior compares to

the retro games like doom 1 i used to play.

not sure if my pc can run it though

might be really cpu/gpu demanding

I have tried the demo on my old tablet and it feels like a power point slide show if you know what i meant.

hope the new graphics card can make a difference.

Yeah Nier automata is a great game. i sank like 60 hours into that game on the ps4. id say its really worth it :D

as long as your pc has the specs to run it . it should be fine.... but i heard from other people that its not very optimized on pc.

There is no such thing as a bad PC, there are only BETTER PCs

Do you mind explaining what you meant by not very optimized on pc?

Now i am a bit concerned.

I don't even know how to overclock my graphics card yet.

It's definitely worth it in my opinion, it's difficult to decide between Witcher 3 and Nier Automata as my all time favorite

What's your PC specs though? the game is badly optimized on PC

GP102 is the Chip Model Number, but there's multiple GPU's with the same chip

But anyway yeah that's way more than enough to run Nier Automata, or any game for that matter
