Core i3 9100f vs ryzen 3 3200g 

Which one should I buy????

I3 9100f : Rs 7500

Rzn3 3200g: Rs 8500

 I will be using them with rx 570

I will do

• Vr
• Streaming
• Gaming
• Video rendering
• Over clock over 4 ghz

What's the pricing? 9100f is the faster chip but it depends on pricing what's a better buy

9100F is slightly faster, but the Ryzen one has a better upgrade path IMO. If you would consider upgrading your CPU at any point you should get Ryzen, if you are never going to upgrade the CPU then get the 9100F.

I guess that with all the things you said you want to do besides gaming , i would recommend you to get ryzen 5 1600 with 6c/12t .
it will be slower than i3 9100f in some games but in cpu intensive games like AC O or Battlefield 5 or Metro the 1600 will win it easily.
