I wanna buy a better monitor maybe around $60-65 on Amazon. Im not expecting much.

Go for a used one u cant really get a decent monitor for 60 new even if u find one they have a tn panel with horrible colors or a ips panel with horrible ghosting

For that price I would recommend going used, try Craigslist or OfferUp.

Also you can go to computer repair shops to see if they have anything.

AMD Phenom Stock CPU Cooler
