Is that normal for just a 200mhz increase?  It's looking like a 1.31 - 1.32 situation.

A all day oc is about finding the sweet spot seems like urs is 4.4 ghz ^^ and yes its normal

That's normal. It just goes up exponentially since current leakage also gets worse exponentially

Yes its normal.  Every CPU is different.
