Please Help

So i have 8gb of ram and my pc recognises this as in windows settings it says i have 8GB (7.47 usable) however even now it says its on 50% usage when only using a total of roughly 2gb and as soon as i try and play a game it goes straight to 100% even if im not using close to 8gb.

sounds like a memory leak have you tried restarting the computer

Look under performance, that tab you are looking at doesn't show all the MBs being used.
