Best RGB Budget Fans on Amazon.ca?

Ello. Im trying to do some research for an upcoming video for an RGB Overhaul Im aiming to do for a Thermaltake View 71 case, and Im trying to figure out what is the best budget Halo RGB (ring?) fans that are well priced, but also look good and work well for radiators and as case fans.

 

My Motherboard has 2 Adressable RGB Headers (3 pin), and I love my RGB.

 

I find the RGB fans that illuminate the entire blade assembly to be a bit tacky, but I love how the ring fans look. A good example of a fan Ive been looking at is Antec's Prizm fan series. But they are a bit pricy, however they come with controllers which help keep cable management in check.

 

I kinda need Controllers/hubs since I need to get these fans in bulk. Atleast 9 120mm fans. And they have to be RGB Fusion Compatible.

Any Suggestions?
