build help $100 GOAT Budget build NOT A TYPO

HELP TURN 2014 AMD STOCK INTO 2019 HARDWARE

and prolly crush any other budget builds! 

So I just sold 33 shares for $1,089.  Purchased it in feb 2014 for about 3 bucks ea or a $100 total investment!  

Since its all AMD stock and hardware involved, i figure in 2014 i gave AMD $100 and now they are paying me back with $1,000 worth of gear.  

Question is, what to get?    

R9 3900X and rx 5700 and a water cooler?  R5 3600, cooler, m.2, a second sapphire and a round of drinks? etc etc

If i was rich in 2014 id be real rich now, alas i was poor then and have some fun money now!  (still got 200 shares left i wanna keep, but....) 

Already have Win10, samsung nu8500 freesync 55", RGB750W PSU, 256G 870 evo ssd and, 950 pro m.2, prime 470x pro, titan rgbz3600 cl18 & what i scalp from my ghetto 8350 rig or "Sapphire Lounge at Club Sabertooth" 

Mostly game rig but i'd like to run protools, addictive drummer, etc recording stuff. CADD and home design/landscape stuff and listen to linus ramble on in the background of course.  until i finish whatever it is im doing that is keeping me from turning off yet another rerun. "the wah the motherboard is 2 grand!!??!" lol
