RTX 2070 OC 7000 MHz

Sorry i'm new to the RTX stuff and have no clue about any of this. But why is my 2070 overclocked to 7000 MHz, instead of whats normal for it? which is like 1470 MHz or something like that. I don't know if this is normal or just something is wrong.

Because that's the effective speed of the GDDR memory? I don't understand what your question is here...
