Check to see if you applied thermal compound, or if you accidentally left plastic cover over the cpu cooler.

If that isn't the case, are you sure the AiO's pump is working?

Nope 96°C isn't normal. Under full load 80°C is about the max you want to see. Did you remember to put thermal paste on it? Was there a plastic film over the bottom of the cooler you may have forgotten to remove? Is the cooler properly screwed down?

Im sorry to say this but I didn't put the computer together.

So I don't know if the right amount of thermal paste has been aplied or the plastic film wasn't removed.

Regardless of who put together the computer you can check and correct this yourself you just need a screwdriver, fresh thermal paste and some isopropyl alcohol or isopropyl wipes and you'll be able to redo the thermal paste application.

Also how did you check that the pump is working?

then you're gonna wanna get some thermal compound and put some on your cpu.

And while you're at it, exercise your pimp hand against the guy that did put the computer together.

I can check it but I don't have fresh thermal paste.

The pump is working becuase when I start up the pc I can hear it and also if I go in the bios it shows that the pump is working.

Why not take the pc back to where it was built?! It sounds like they did no testing at all and those temps are thermal throttle temps already, that poor cpu is overheating nonstop.

If thats not an option, almost any decent pc repair shop will gladly give you free thermal paste if you bring your computer in.

But really those temps sounds like the cooler is not even touching the CPU at all or is totally incorrectly installed.

Lastly just order some on amazon or anything similar, thermal paste is pretty cheap.
