RX 580 or GTX 1660 for productivity?

What about RX 570. Will it heat when I watch videos at 720p or 1080p. Or it would be the same like RX 580?

no modern cards would really heat up when you're watching videos at those settings. I would recommend the 570 for your use case as it is cheaper and will get your type of work done fine
