Supporting the theme for third party sites would significantly increase the complexity (it would need to support the IPS features that we don't use, and it would need to be updated for new IPS versions as they release rather than as we upgrade to them). We would need to charge for it, because it has received significant investment from LMG to create it, and that would also require us to support it. Overall, I'm afraid it's just not feasible for us to offer it to third parties, sorry.
