dGPU, i7/i9, 13-15", decent keyboard, good battery, under $1000

Hey, team.

I edit videos on the go and also do a bit of light gaming (very occasionally).

I'm using the Adobe suite mainly: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator - plus Affinity Designer, Blender and Office (which can run on a potato).

I'd like to find something with the following:

GPU: Dedicated, at least 2GB of VRAM, preferably Nvidia

CPU: Ryzen 5+, Intel i7+

RAM: 16GB+, with the ability to upgrade

SCREEN: 13" or 15"

BATTERY: At least 5 hours on a charge

Plus a decent keyboard.

For under $1,000

SO, I know this is a big ask, but does something like this exist? I suspect I'm asking too much with this budget but I figured you awesome people might know of something.

I've looked into gaming laptops, but they tend to have pretty terrible battery life.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance, all!

Where are you from? Mind low sRGB display? No preference on weight?

Prefer regular laptop or gaming laptop?

Sorry, I should have specified in the OP. :)

I'm from Indiana (We have corn and soybeans...and cow farts. Yay?)

I do need something with decent color accuracy.

I don't mind a gaming machine as long as it doesn't look gamery. This machine will be used in client meetings, etc.

Some laptops do have 5 or more hours battery life but require some stretch

Dell G7 7590 / G5 5590 with 9300H+1650

Lenovo Legion Y540 customize (300 nits)

Lenovo Legion Y545 customize / 81T20005US

Upgrade RAM and SSD by yourself if needed - usually cost is lower
