19k Fan Speed?

Either the motherboard or the fan is screwed up, it's just the tachometer, so don't worry about it if the fan is working.

So after being on HWMonitor for a little bit I noticed something weird, my fans were running around 800 rpm but randomly spiked to 1600, then 19k, from what I can tell from listening to the fans the speed didn't change at all. I have the stock Corsair 3pin 140mm fans that come with the 750d airflow edition. From what I could tell all my other readings appeared to be normal its just the fans that seem buggy, is this an issue with HWMonitor or my system and should I worry about it?

If your case takes flight, you might have an issue with the fan. Otherwise, it's just the board being weird.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
