 4 hours ago · OP

New setup total custom got a few parts that work with aura sync. Iv tried both versions available 1.07.66 and 1.07.60

With .66 I get an error that claims aura services isn't tuning and to make sure it is running or installed. With .60 I get something very similar the same error but I get What looks like the aura menu then it just crashes. Can anyone help?

Most recent versions of Aura does not work properly. I've used their latest versions on my ROG Rampage V Edition 10 with my ROG Strix GTX 1080 Ti, and they were problematic.

Two forum members referred me to Revo Uninstaller to fully uninstall Aura, since the Windows uninstaller(?) was leaving behind registry entries, which makes subsequent reinstalls problematic.

I'm using an older version of Aura (1.04.42) and it works.

Did you install any other aura software? Or famously, did you install ANY software for corsair peripherals and headsets? Because that would instantly fuck it up. Don't know why but you can have any software like logitech g hub rgb control, steelseries...etc no problem, but the second you download Corsair icue, it will decimate ASUS aura sync lol.

Here's the uninstaller https://www.revouninstaller.com/

I tried to look for the 1.04.42 version of Aura on the Asus website, but couldn't find it. I'll send you the files, or you can find a version close to it. What motherboard are you using?

I had problems with back in February with it, but updated it, and now it seems better. The program itself still needs a better UI. I also looked for the version, but it still has 0.0.0.0 as the version. I also have ICue installed and they are not messing each other up. I did have a problem with ICue not saving during a restart, but all is good now. There are times I look at my corsair AIO before windows starts and it will be in rainbow mode, but once windows starts, it goes back to normal (White, -slow pulse).

I would definitely use that uninstaller, and try installing 1 thing at a time.
